The DYCLAM+ team

The DYCLAM+ team is structured around 4 poles composed of people from the academic and professional worlds. These teams guarantee a balance between knowledge acquisition and skills validation. Each semester is managed by a partner institution. The general coordination of the Master Erasmus Mundus DYCLAM+ is ensured by the UJM.

ROBERT BELOT

Head of the DYCLAM+ Consortium

University professor in history, specialist in European geopolitics and heritage, he has taught to various audiences in France and abroad (Switzerland, Korea, China, United States), adopting an interdisciplinary approach. Holder of a Jean Monnet Chair on European heritage policies (EUPOPA), director of the Department of Heritage and Cultural Landscapes and of the Master's degree in History, Civilizations and Heritage at the UJM, he leads the European Strategic Partnership European Heritage Project for a Cultural Future Together. Author of 155 publications, he has held operational positions in the Ministries of Defense and Higher Education, notably in the Directorate of Memory, Heritage and Archives. He was deputy mayor in charge of Culture and Heritage.

THOMAS GUILLOBEZ

Thomas GUILLOBEZ holds a DEA in European Law. Since 2006, he has been working in the International Department of the Jean Monnet University as an engineer and manager of international training projects. He has been involved in various European and national funding programs as a manager of legal, financial and administrative aspects of international project applications, including 2 Erasmus Mundus Masters, an Erasmus Mundus Action 2 cooperation program as well as the 2 newly selected Masters in the Erasmus+/JMD program. He also teaches courses on international organizations (UN, EU and Council of Europe) at the Jean Monnet University. He is the author of several books (European Citizenship and Human Rights in 2006, European Law in 2008, EUBAT Project - European Culture in 2013).

He graduated in Geological Sciences at the University La Sapienza (Rome, 1997), holds a DEA in Quaternary Geology (Perpignan, France, 2001), and obtained a PhD on the theme of Environment, Behavior and Human Dynamics (University of Ferrara, Italy, 2004). He has been a professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar since 1998, becoming a member of its scientific council in 2005. From 2005 to 2011 he headed the Department of Landscape Design. Since 2007, is a member of the Center for Geosciences Research (uID73). He is the author of more than 60 articles.

Graduate in History and Doctor in Archaeology, he conducts research in the fields of archaeology, heritage and territorial management in Portugal, Africa and South America. He has published about 300 articles and 52 books, and is a reviewer for many scientific journals. Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar, Visiting Professor at universities in Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia, he is President of the Earth and Memory Institute, former vice-manager of Science and Society of CYTED, advisor to the Taihu Cultural Forum of China, Secretary General of the International Council for Philosophy and Human Sciences and of the UISPP. He holds the UNESCO Chair in Cultural Management of Territories.

 Luís Filipe Carreira Santos. PhD in Biology. Master's degree in Computer Applications for Archaeological and Heritage Studies, Bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology. Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar since 2000. Head of the Territory Management Course since 2013. Author of several articles ranging from Nature Conservation and Sustainable Development to Conservation and Restoration of Heritage. Researcher involved in several national and international projects.

Holder of a Master's degree in History of Art and Archaeology and a Master's degree in History, Civilization, Archaeology of Ancient Worlds. Senior technician at the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar and researcher at the Quaternary Geosciences Center. Archaeologist responsible for numerous archaeological excavations in France and Portugal (Protohistory and modern period). Specialized in Archaeology and Roman History. Currently member of the coordination team and responsible for the management of the Erasmus+ KA2 project Apheleia - Integrated Cultural Landscape Management for Local and global sustainability and archaeological coordinator for the valorization project of the Archaeological Site of S. Miguel - Mação.

He is a lecturer, coordinator of the Master program in Cultural Diplomacy and International Relations. Vice-dean of the Faculty of European Studies, in charge of international relations, he is a specialist in the history of European integration and in European communication. He holds a doctorate in history from the University of Cergy-Pontoise and the University of Cluj, and a post-doctorate at the Romanian Academy. He is the editor-in-chief of the international review Synergies Roumanie. He has been manager of European projects. Author of more than 40 studies, he was part of a Jean Monnet module and is member of several international associations. He is fluent in Romanian, French, English and Italian.

ANTOANELA-PAULA MURESAN

Dr. Antoanela-Paula Muresan is a reader at the Faculty of European Studies, Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca. She is a PhD in History since 2013 and finished the post-doctorate in 2015. She holds a Master's degree in Jewish Studies ("Moshe Carmilly Institute", Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca) and graduated from the Faculty of Letters (English, French) and the Faculty of History and Philosophy, Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca. Her field of interest is related to international relations in Europe, especially with regard to European right-wing extremism in the 20th century and the Europeanization of Romania in the 20th century.

DELIA POP-FLANJA

Dr. Delia Pop-Flanja is a lecturer at the Faculty of European Studies. Her research interests include intercultural communication, discourse analysis and foreign language didactics. She holds a PhD in Philology, on cultural typologies and intercultural adaptation, an MA in Intercultural Business Communication and a BA in French and English language and literature. She is the director of the International Relations Office and Erasmus departmental coordinator, a member of the Faculty's Master's program admission commission, co-director of the University Success Center, organized in partnership with the AUF, and of the African Studies Center of Babes-Bolyai University.

Architect and Professor of Architecture at UNINA, she works on traditional building techniques in order to research ancient building systems adapted to local resources and risks; Italian cultural landscapes, naturalistic environmental engineering techniques and is committed to the diffusion of ancient and traditional culture. Responsible for the CS of the PhD in Civil Engineering of UNINA, for the CS of the PhD program in Architecture. Director of the Interdepartmental Center for the Study of Traditional Techniques in the Mediterranean Region (CITTAM). Member of the Boards of the National Association of Italian Engineers and Architects, Management of Campania.

FERRUCCIO FERRIGNI

Civil engineer, urban planner

Civil engineer, urban planner. Expert in the protection of historic settlements in earthquake-prone areas and inventor of the concept "Local Risk Culture"(1987). He published a reference book in 2013, The future of old territories. Member of the Scientific Committee of the Integrated Research Group on Disaster Reduction, a program co-sponsored by the International Council for Science (ICSU) and the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction. Member of the CUECB of Ravello. Scientific Director of the UNESCO Costiera Amalfitana Cultural Landscape Management Plan. Professor Emeritus of Urban and Regional Systems Management at the Faculty of Engineering of UNINA.

GIOVANNI GUGG

Doctor in Cultural Anthropology, Giovanni Gugg is, since 2015, in charge of the Urban Anthropology lecture course at the Department of Construction Engineering of the University of Naples "Federico II" (Italy). Since 2014, he is a research associate at LAPCOS - Laboratory of Cognitive and Social Anthropology and Psychology at the University Nice Sophia Antipolis (France). His studies are part of the research on the relationship of human communities with the landscape that surrounds them and, more specifically, with territories at risk. His work focuses on the cultural elaboration of risks by the inhabitants of regions threatened by possible "natural" disasters, considering emotions and fatalism, as well as mechanisms of self-organization and various (social) rationalities. In recent years, he has dealt with the case of the Vesuvius volcano in the Naples area: in addition to ethnographic research, he has approached this subject from the point of view of historical, visual and institutional anthropology.
